Data Deletion and Account Deactivation Instructions for Creonix Ltd.
Last Updated: October 20, 2025
This page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your data associated with the Creonix.pro service, operated by Creonix Ltd. (https://app.creonix.pro), and deactivate your account connections.
1. Understanding Data Deletion
When you request data deletion, we will remove the following information associated with your Creonix account and connected social media accounts from our database:
- Instagram Data: Account ID, username, and access token provided by Meta (Instagram).
- TikTok Data: Open ID, display name, access token, and refresh token provided by TikTok.
- YouTube Data: Channel ID, channel name, access token, and refresh token provided by Google.
- Uploaded Media: Video content (reels, stories, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts) stored for publication or processing.
- Analytics Data: Performance metrics (e.g., reach, follower growth, post engagement) retrieved from Instagram.
- Account Logs: Any logs specifically tied to your account ID for all connected platforms. General application logs may be retained for security and operational purposes in an anonymized form.
Deactivating your account connection means we will no longer be able to publish content or retrieve analytics for any of your connected accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Important: Data deletion from Creonix does NOT delete content already published to social media platforms. Videos published to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube will remain on those platforms unless you delete them directly through each platform's interface.
2. How to Request Data Deletion and Deactivate Your Account
You can delete your data and deactivate your account directly through the Service or by contacting us:
Option 1: Delete via Account Settings (Recommended)
- Log into the Service at https://app.creonix.pro/ using your credentials.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select the "Delete Account" option.
- Confirm your request by following the on-screen instructions.
- Upon confirmation, your account, connected Instagram data, uploaded videos, and analytics data will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the Service, you can request deletion via email:
- Send an email to [email protected].
- Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request for Creonix Ltd."
- Email Body: Clearly state that you wish to delete your data and deactivate your account. Include the usernames/handles of your connected social media accounts to help us locate your data. Example: "I request the deletion of all data associated with my social media accounts (Instagram: @username, TikTok: @username, YouTube: channelname) from the service provided by Creonix Ltd."
- Verification: To prevent unauthorized requests, we may ask for additional verification (e.g., sending the email from the address associated with your Creonix account).
3. Processing Your Request
Upon receiving your deletion request:
- We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
- Your data will be deleted from our active databases within 30 days of verification.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Some data may remain in backups for a limited period (up to 90 days) before permanent deletion, as part of our standard backup procedures. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytical purposes, or data required to comply with legal obligations.
4. Deactivating via Platform Settings
You can revoke Creonix's access to your social media accounts directly through each platform's settings:
Instagram
- Go to your Instagram account settings.
- Navigate to "Apps and Websites" or "Business Integrations".
- Find "Creonix" in the list of active apps.
- Select the app and choose "Remove" to revoke permissions.
TikTok
- Open the TikTok app and go to your profile.
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) and select "Settings and privacy".
- Go to "Security and login" → "Manage apps".
- Find "Creonix" in the list and select "Remove access".
YouTube (Google Account)
- Go to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com.
- Navigate to "Security" → "Third-party apps with account access" or visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Find "Creonix" in the list of connected apps.
- Select it and click "Remove Access".
Important: Revoking permissions stops Creonix from accessing your accounts, but does not automatically delete data already stored (e.g., uploaded videos, analytics data, OAuth tokens). To ensure complete removal, follow the deletion process in Section 2.
5. Compliance with Platform Policies
Our data deletion process complies with all applicable platform policies and data protection regulations:
We ensure that all data associated with your account is removed in accordance with applicable laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
