Data Deletion and Account Deactivation Instructions for Creonix Ltd.

Last Updated: October 20, 2025

This page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your data associated with the Creonix.pro service, operated by Creonix Ltd. (https://app.creonix.pro), and deactivate your account connections.

1. Understanding Data Deletion

When you request data deletion, we will remove the following information associated with your Creonix account and connected social media accounts from our database:

Deactivating your account connection means we will no longer be able to publish content or retrieve analytics for any of your connected accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Important: Data deletion from Creonix does NOT delete content already published to social media platforms. Videos published to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube will remain on those platforms unless you delete them directly through each platform's interface.

2. How to Request Data Deletion and Deactivate Your Account

You can delete your data and deactivate your account directly through the Service or by contacting us:

Option 1: Delete via Account Settings (Recommended)

  1. Log into the Service at https://app.creonix.pro/ using your credentials.
  2. Go to Account Settings.
  3. Select the "Delete Account" option.
  4. Confirm your request by following the on-screen instructions.
  5. Upon confirmation, your account, connected Instagram data, uploaded videos, and analytics data will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the Service, you can request deletion via email:

3. Processing Your Request

Upon receiving your deletion request:

Some data may remain in backups for a limited period (up to 90 days) before permanent deletion, as part of our standard backup procedures. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytical purposes, or data required to comply with legal obligations.

4. Deactivating via Platform Settings

You can revoke Creonix's access to your social media accounts directly through each platform's settings:

Instagram

  1. Go to your Instagram account settings.
  2. Navigate to "Apps and Websites" or "Business Integrations".
  3. Find "Creonix" in the list of active apps.
  4. Select the app and choose "Remove" to revoke permissions.

TikTok

  1. Open the TikTok app and go to your profile.
  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) and select "Settings and privacy".
  3. Go to "Security and login" → "Manage apps".
  4. Find "Creonix" in the list and select "Remove access".

YouTube (Google Account)

  1. Go to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com.
  2. Navigate to "Security" → "Third-party apps with account access" or visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  3. Find "Creonix" in the list of connected apps.
  4. Select it and click "Remove Access".

Important: Revoking permissions stops Creonix from accessing your accounts, but does not automatically delete data already stored (e.g., uploaded videos, analytics data, OAuth tokens). To ensure complete removal, follow the deletion process in Section 2.

5. Compliance with Platform Policies

Our data deletion process complies with all applicable platform policies and data protection regulations:

We ensure that all data associated with your account is removed in accordance with applicable laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
